Surge protection |
| The Accusump provides that extra
margin of protection that you need against engine damage caused
by loss of oil pressure. Racing and high performance street engines by nature are put under a lot of stress by the high G-load situations
that they are placed in. As oil in your pan sloshes
about, your oil pump pickup can become uncovered, which causes
a loss of oil pressure and sets the stage for severe
engine damage. The Accusump provides oil during these times
reducing the potential for damage. |

Precision built |
| The Accusump is built from a heavy wall,
roller burnished aluminum tubing which has a Teflon hardcoated inside.
If features a double O-ring piston, screw in billet aluminum end caps,
safety end clamps to prevent distortion over time, an air pressure
gauge, an air precharge valve and a saftey blow off valve. All
units come with a complete installation and operation manual. |

(#24-006) are
the standard, used in all types of racing and recreational vehicles, for over
25 years.
These units are recommended for all size engines when
oil pressure fluctuation problems are experienced or when pre-oiling is
wanted.
This unit is 16" long 4.25" in diameter without valve or gauge.
With the gauge installed the length increases 2.5"
and the valve installed adds another 3.25".
Both the valve and gauge can be mounted away from the unit if necessary.

Our 3 qt. high pressure Accusump
(#24-016)
are for severe racing conditions, where there is room for a unit
of this size.
The longer length of this new version allows it to
hold more air which results in the system operating in a narrower
oil pressure range.
Ideal for engines which operate in a higher
oil pressure range.
This unit is 22" long 4.25" in diameter without valve or gauge.
With the gauge installed the length increases 2.5"
and the valve installed adds another 3.25".
Both the valve and gauge can be mounted away from the unit if necessary.

a pre oiler for all applications and for surge control on small cubic inch engines,
like those used on Mini Sprints, Boats, Motorcycles, etc.
Because it has the same design and features as our larger units, it can be
mounted in any position and will deliver positive oil flow.
Its small
size requires only minimal space for mounting.
This unit is 12" long 3.25" in diameter without valve or gauge.

Marine Accusump |

Marine Accusumps provides engine pre-oiling as well as surge control. The Accusump will bring the engine oil pressure
up to 35-40 lbs. when the ignition is turned on and hold it there for up to 2 minutes or until the engine is started. Once
the engine is running and develops over 40lbs. pressure, the unit will automatically refill. Not only does
an Accusump protect against dry starts when the boat sits at the dock too long, but it also protects against oil pressure
surges in rough water, or any time the pressure would drop below 40 lbs.
All components are anodized aluminum, stainless, or brass. Each kit comes with a liquid filled stainless steel pressure gauge, stainless steel mounting clamps,
brass safety valve, E.P.C. valve system, on/off switch, wire and terminals and installation instructions.
C/M Marine Accusumps mount in any position, which makes installation easier. All hoses, fittings, and input adapters for your application also
available through us.
